(JTPMO) has experience in Project/Program Management for large and small projects/programs. JTPMO have worked on projects of varied sizes from simple KTLO (keep the lights on projects) to projects/programs with as much as $90 million dollars in scope. We can integrate into existing PM/PMO methodologies and support either short or long term engagements. We offer a variety of project managed implementation solutions tailored to meet your organization’s need for today and beyond as well as keeping you informed every step of the way.
